I am a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200) and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. My background in psychology and advanced training in breathwork allow me to offer a unique framework for enhancing my students' overall well-being.  I aim to bring ease and balance to the body and mind, giving you added strength and flexibility to navigate the stress and challenge of day-to-day living.

SATURDAY MORNING YIN

Saturday, 8:00-9:00 AM

(in-person and virtual options)

Start the weekend with this relaxing and grounding practice. Yin Yoga is a passive and meditative practice, where stretches are held for several minutes, allowing gravity to help create more flexibility and mobility in your body. Yin yoga moves beyond the muscles to target fascia and connective tissue, where we tend to hold resistance. This practice encourages you to challenge your edge while also allowing for deep relaxation.

single class: $12

5-class package: $50 (save $10)
