Giving Thanks-Gratitude Practice
Gather together with community for this special holiday class. Our practice will begin with a gentle flow followed by a grounding, restorative sequence and guided meditation. Spend time on your mat to set the tone for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday by focusing on the yogic concept of santosha, a principle which highlights the importance of contentment and gratitude.
Building Resilience Through Body, Mind & Spirit
4-week yoga series focused on building resilience—bouncing back stronger from life’s challenges by connecting body, mind, and spirit. This series is open to all levels, offering gentle yet powerful tools to help you cultivate inner strength, clarity, and peace.
Mid-Week Yin
Mixed Levels.
Mid-week is a great time to check-in with yourself and practice some self-care. Yin Yoga is a passive and meditative practice, where stretches are held for several minutes, allowing gravity to help create more flexibility and mobility in your body. Yin yoga moves beyond the muscles to target fascia and connective tissue, where we tend to hold resistance. This practice encourages you to challenge your edge while also allowing for deep relaxation.

Yoga for Active Adults
Welcome to our Yoga for Active Adults class! Our low-impact poses and stretches are designed to improve your posture, flexibility, balance and strength. This class is perfect for improving mobility, strengthening bones and muscles, and managing pain. Join us and experience the benefits of yoga for yourself!It is appropriate for ALL experience levels and abilities.

Private Yoga
Private sessions are great for anyone looking to improve and enhance their yoga practice and who would feel more comfortable practicing 1:1.
Private sessions allow participants to learn at their own pace and focus on what’s most important to them. It is especially beneficial for those recovering from injuries or experiencing conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, and Sleep disorders. You will begin with a personal consultation with Linda. From there she will create a practice tailored to your individual needs and requirements, focusing on your personal goals. By personalizing your program, you will attain optimum results faster and more efficiently.
