In this 6-week series, we will delve into the eight limbs of yoga, also known as Ashtanga, which form the foundation of a truly transformative yoga practice.
Each week will focus on a different limb, offering both theoretical insights and practical applications, allowing you to integrate these teachings into your daily life. You will explore not only the physical postures (asanas) but also the ethical, mental, and spiritual principles that shape a balanced, mindful approach to yoga.

This 5-week series encourages students to explore both the active and passive components of yoga, cultivating a practice that is not only physically invigorating but also deeply relaxing and mindful.
Yoga for Active Adults
WEDNESDAYS, 10:30-11:30 AM
Welcome to our Yoga for Active Adults class! Our low-impact poses and stretches are designed to improve your posture, flexibility, balance and strength. Using chairs and other supportive props, this class is perfect for improving mobility, strengthening bones and muscles, and managing pain. Join us and experience the benefits of yoga for yourself!
